Thawing the heart

Melting the calcified heart
takes centuries
Yet the Divine flow of Love
Takes a moment to release the pain and unblock the heart

When God created darkness

When God created darkness,
He didn't create a heart for it
For He would have to 
fill it with Love
Defeating the purpose
of creating the darkness
He filled it with fear and hatred
for one and all
The darkness continues to fill with fear and hatred
anyone it touches
If God wanted Love to flourish
Why did He create the darkness?
When Light is created,
the shadow gets created on it's own
The Light cannot exist
without the darkness
But it is upto us
whether to choose the Light or the darkness

A life without purpose

A life without purpose
Is like an ocean without water
A heart without love
A mother without a child
A Sun without the Light
A star without a twinkle
A house without an occupant
A temple without an idol
A field without crops
A soldier without a gun
A throne without a king
A vehicle without fuel
A flower without it's bloom
A mountain without it's peak
Yet most of us roam the earth
as living corpses
Living a life,
Life without purpose

I Resolve

I resolve to give up vengeance 
I resolve to give up hatred
I resolve to accept love in my life
I resolve to welcome love in my life
I resolve to accept the Divine into my life
I resolve to spread love for the rest of my life

The Life bird

The life bird is trapped
between the haves and have nots
The life is trapped between the two,
one aspiring for the life of the other.
The life force in the cells is screaming
"Return me to my natural state"
Yet we abuse our bodies like hell,
strangulating it with toxins
The cells die a slow death,
choking on the poisons we feed them with
The stupor keeps us from the Truth,
buried deep within
Purge your body force
with life giving and enhancing wonders
Stop treating your body like a junkyard,
filling it with filth of the mind
Stuffing up to the neck with cancer
which eats away the Soul
Minute by minute, hour by hour,
making you waste an incarnation
Summon the life force within
to express itself
Make it cleanse your body divine
with life giving food and thoughts
Nurturing it with loving thoughts,
for one and all, even your enemies
For the enemy is the one inside
which separates you from the rest
The wretched mind swelled by the ego
lead astray in revenge
Calm it down with the calling of your soul
and loving kindness - your birthright
Summon the Divine in your flesh
and raise your body to meet the Heaven
For it is in the body
that the heaven descends to meet itself

Let me be me
nothing but me
Every cell of me finding expression
in the universe through me
Let me be me
nothing but me
When I am not me
I am not living
Following the clouds up in the sky,
let me walk in the clouds
Let me fall to earth if that's what it takes,
to walk in the clouds
Let me be the river and the Ocean
Let me be the bird which soars in 
the sky
Let me be me
nothing but me

The wind doesn't care which direction it flows 
The river meanders in whichever direction it finds a way.
The clouds don't have a set path to follow
Yet man wanders in seach of a path
Thinking and thinking before taking a step
Trying to find his place in the universe
Yet he creates only misery for the Earth and it's inhabitants
He has gone astray in search of his path
The only path is the Path shown by destiny
The only direction to follow is the one shown by Him
