Lord and the World

The hunger for more
drives you forth
The heaven's bay lays waiting
for you to knock it's door
Ever remaining in your reach
yet unreachable, for you are blind
Blind to the Lord's world
As the world is more dear to you
than the Lord Himself

Can there be?

Can there be Angels without wings?
Can there be Demons without fire?
Can there be humans without heart?
Can there be oceans without water?
Can there be hearts without Love?
Can there be love without pain?

Killing the earth

When the tremors subsided
the earth lay shattered
In tatters it were,
devoid of life
The life was sucked out by the (in)humans
sucking it dry of vigor
The mad dance continued unabated,
the naked dance of humanity
Killing each other
and the mother earth itself
The bomb had killed the earth
and along with it, the humanity

Ascend to Heaven

Ascend to Heaven
on your knees
Crawling yet flying
to the Lord's door
When He calls
heed the call
Lay down your weapons
and stop the war
The war going on within
which pulls you away from Him
