The pause between two breaths
is the key to Stillness
The place we fear to face
for it makes us confront ourselves
We meet ourselves in this still space
yet we run away from it
The pause between two thoughts
is the seat of the Divine
For it's here that
He stays
The pause between two heartbeats
is the place of Joy
For it is where
the unbridled passion resides
Unbridled yet divine
for it is devoid of any sin
Expand the pause
and pause to expand
When the pause expands to consume all time,
Time collapses to reveal the Pause
For there is nothing in the universe
but the Pause
